调用工具时响应超时或网络下载依赖失败？

国内环境下首次执行 npx 或拉取依赖时可能因网络受限而超时。建议将 npm 镜像源切换为国内高速镜像（npm config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com），或在系统级开启开发代理工具。
