MCP setup in VS Code

Configure MCP in VS Code (GitHub Copilot) via .vscode/mcp.json.

Prerequisites

Install VS Code and GitHub Copilot with MCP support enabled.

Steps

  1. Create .vscode/mcp.json
  2. Copy VS Code config from AgentHub
  3. Merge mcpServers and set env vars
  4. Developer: Reload Window
